Lodge Rooms, Condominiums and Townhomes at Durango Mountain Resort

Barnes’ Bungalow, 309 Yankee Girl Court, is a deluxe 1125 sq ft two bedroom condominium with views of the San Juan National Forest from the living room, deck and master bedroom. This condominium sleeps six.

The well apointed master bedroom has a king bed and a 27 inch TV. The second bedroom has another king and another flat screen TV. There is also a queen sized leather sleeper in the living room. Linens, blankets and pillows are all provided.

The kitchen comes equipped with full sized appliances including a flat top stove, a microwave, icemaker and dishwasher and is completely stocked with pots, pans and dinnerware. Coffee, coffee fixings, salt and pepper, dish soap and hand soap are stocked as well. Be sure to read the kitchen inventory list at the bottom of the page. Trash is removed daily.

The living room features a 42 inch flat screen, a DVD player and a wood burning stove. There is free firewood stacked outside the entrance under the stairs.

The master bath includes a double vanity sink, tub and shower. The second bathroom located off the second bedroom also has a double vanity sink and a shower. Towels and amenities are freshened daily.

A sliding glass door leads out to the deck.

Barnes’ Bungalow is a clean, cozy and comfortable abode to pass a few days, weeks or months. It provides a range of convenience, views, and amenities that make it suitable for those who plan extended stays.
