Hartman’s Hideaway, 106 Enterprise Lane, is a deluxe 1500 sq ft, 3 bedroom Townhome located deep within the San Juan National Forest with views of Mount Kennedy and the Winenuche Wilderness from both the living room and master bedroom. This magnificent townhome sleeps seven people.

You will enjoy the very comfortable and well appointed master featuring a vaulted ceiling, a luxurious king bed, a sitting area with leather recliners and oversized TV, a wood burning fireplace, original Audubon mammalian prints and featuring a private master bathroom off the sitting area. The second bedroom has a king bad with TV and the third, located in the loft and decorated cowboy style, has a queen. (There is a twin sized pulout in the living room as well.) The second floor bath has a tub/shower combo and a double vanity sink. The powder room on the first floor includes a bonus shower. Towels and linens are provided and towels are freshened daily.

The kitchen features custom tile countertops and comes equipped with full sized appliances including a microwave, icemaker and dishwasher and is completely stocked with pots, pans and dinnerware. Coffee, coffee fixings, salt and pepper are stocked as well. Be sure to read the kitchen inventory list at the bottom of the page.

There is a washer and dryer off the entry and trash is removed daily.

The condo is decorated club style and features overstuffed leather couches and chairs, a TV, a DVD player and a wood burning fireplace. Antique skis, snowshoes, framed enamel plates,rare maps, vintage DMR trail signs and original oil paintings complete the decor.

There is free firewood stacked outside at the entrance.

There are two dining areas. The alpine style seating booth is surmounted by a stained glass ceiling fan and there is also a summer dining area on the large deck with seating for four.

The deck opens to quaking aspens, a duck pond and views of the park, forest and wilderness. Finally, there is ample parking for two vehicles at the entrance.

Hartman’s Hideaway is a cozy, comfortable spot to snuggle away for a few days, weeks or months. It provides a range of convenience, views, and amenities that make it suitable for larger parties or those who plan extended stays in the Colorado Rockies.
