TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Silverpick is a small privately owned lodge and select group of condominiums and townhomes that cater to friendly folk who enjoy the Rocky Mountains and the camaraderie that comes from sharing the fun with like minded individuals. We welcome the opportunity to meet you and we will do our best to make your stay enjoyable and rewarding. Please take a few moments to review our reservation and Lodge policies.

In consideration of all our guests we ask that you do not smoke inside lodge rooms, condominiums or townhomes.

Sorry, pets are not allowed. The closest kennel is Willow Tree Kennels (970-259-0018) located just down the road. They are very nice and well respected. If a pet is found in a unit you will be asked to leave and charged a $200 cleaning fee.

Check in is between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm. If you are going to arrive after 6:00 pm we will leave a key for you on the front door of the Lodge in an envelope with your name on it. If you have any problems just call the night manager at 800-295-4820. Early check in is available whenever practical. Please call the Lodge to make arrangements.

Check out time is 10:00 am. You may stay until Noon if you are running late and there is no arrival in the afternoon so please call the Front Desk and to check. A $25 late fee will be charged if you're unit is still occupied after 12:00 noon. The full day rate will be charged after 2pm. If you plan to check out before the desk opens, please make arrangements the preceding day.


DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

NIGHTLY RENTALS:

50% of lodging charge & tax due at the time of booking.

Full Payment: Due at check-in.

Cancellations: 90% of your deposit will be refunded if you cancel prior to 14 days of  your scheduled arrival. 50% of your deposit will be refunded if you cancel within 14 days of your scheduled arrival.

WEEKLY RENTALS:

50% of lodging charge & tax due at the time of booking.

Full Payment: Due at check-in.

Cancellations: 50% of your deposit will be refunded if you cancel up to one month prior to your scheduled arrival. You will forfeit your deposit if you cancel within one month of your arrival.

HOLIDAYS: Xmas & Spring Break

Deposit: 50% of full payment & tax due at the time of booking

Full Payment: Due one month prior to your scheduled arrival

Cancellations: 50% of your deposit will be refunded if you cancel up to one month prior to your scheduled arrival. You will forfeit your deposit if you cancel within one month of your arrival.

MONTHLY RENTALS:

Deposit: 50% of full payment at the time of booking

Full Payment: Due one month prior to your scheduled arrival

Cancellations: Your deposit will be forfeited if you cancel up to one month prior to your scheduled arrival. You will forfeit full payment if you cancel within one month of your arrival.

RENT THE LODGE:

Deposit: 50% of full payment & tax due at the time of booking

Full Payment: Due one month prior to your scheduled arrival

Cancellations: Your deposit will be forfeited if you cancel up to one month prior to your scheduled arrival. You will forfeit full payment if you cancel within one month of your arrival.

PACKAGES:

Deposit: Full amount due at the time of booking.

Cancellations: If at anytime you cancel, you will forfeit half of the full amount.
